Rather than asking people to come and find us, we sell through our own websites alongside the major online marketplaces our customers already use across the UK and Europe.
Every channel is priced, stocked and forecast in its own right, and stock is held close to the customer so that orders leave quickly wherever they are placed.

Stock we own
We buy and hold our own inventory rather than passing orders down the line, which gives us control over availability, quality and lead times through the busiest part of the season.

Pricing, forecasting and replenishment are managed centrally and reviewed constantly, so the right products are in the right place before demand arrives rather than after it.
Advice we stand behind
Many of our customers are looking after a pool or hot tub for the first time. Our product pages, guides and support team exist to get their water right rather than to sell them a bigger basket.
Compliance
Chemicals are only as good as the paperwork behind them.
Every product we sell carries a current safety data sheet, a biocidal product registration where one is required, and correct dangerous goods documentation for the carriers who move it. We maintain those records ourselves, in each market we trade in, rather than taking a supplier’s word for them.
